To help rechargers achieve highly consistent printout quality in their toner cartridges by a process of rejuvenation of used OEM or aftermarket mag rollers thus creating a competitive advantage for themselves in particular and realizing the recharging industry’s quest to match OEM’s quality via a benchmark of consistent density in general.
