favourites as it is speaks a thousand words reflecting
my inner most desire. It simply means that one must

what he knows (Must Do) and finally, one must impart his
or her knowledge (Must Teach). I believe that to
continue staying ahead, these steps are very crucial in
this very challenging global business arena. I am happy
to say what makes Top Glove the largest rubber glove
manufacturer globally today is attributed to its
personnel fully subscribing to the same philosophy,
regardless if whether our personnel is in Malaysia,
Thailand or China.

To reflect our commitment in satisfying our customers,
the company has also recently came up with the latest
version of much enhanced nitrile glove that features a
softer feel and easy donning not to mention the very
attractive prices. The traditional nitrile glove is
basically hard hence attracting fatigue ness on our
hands if we don them too long. On the same note, our
premium vinyl gloves from the China plant (Factory 8)
have proven themselves and are very well received by
customers from all over the world as we continue to move
forward to cement our status as the most comprehensive
one-stop glove sourcing center in the industry.
Business is getting tougher as customers over the years
have increased expectations and rivals have cranked up
the intensity of competition. As the leader in the glove
industry, we will continue to focus on our core
competencies by embarking on rapid expansionary
programme and intensifying our Research and Development
(R & D) works so that our customers will enjoy the
finest quality of rubber as well synthetic gloves when
they purchase from Top Glove. In the course of carrying
out our highly integrated global business, we will
continue to be an active key player in global
harmonization.
At this juncture, I am very pleased to announce that our
Factory 10 located in Malaysia will be operational by
July 2004 . This factory will churn out high quality
latex as well as nitrile exam powdered and powder free
gloves. By early 2005, Factory 10 will have 20 lines
producing about 130 million pieces of gloves per month
This will further increase our production capacity to
about 800 million pieces of gloves per month or 9.6
billion pieces of gloves per year (and still
increasing). Top Glove will continue to excel through
our recipe of prudence, resilience and innovation in
continuously improving our quality, manufacturing
process, product range and standards. In the pipeline is
our Factory 11 which is well on track in completion
before end of 2005. With this, we expect to increase our
production lines to a commendable 150 lines by December
2005.
Adding to the benefits of purchasing from Top Glove is
the fact that the company has been achieving stellar
performance year after year. As a public listed company,
with good corporate governance, listed on the main board
counter of the Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Lumpur
Stock Exchange, the company is very prudent, stable and

marketing networks. We will continue to stay competitive
via economies-of-scale so that our customers will be
able to compete aggressively in their respective
regions.
